THE ROTARY CANCER RUN 2018

The 7th edition of the Centenary Bank-Rotary Cancer Run on August 26 will be run in 37 major towns across Uganda, with over 30,000 participants taking part.


The number of towns participating in the run has increased form 34 last year to 37. The official run route for the Kampala leg was unveiled yesterday during a press conference by Rotary Cancer Run Chairman Stephen Mwanje at Roots Restaurant Nakasero.

MTN Gifts Arua’s Oriajin Hospital With Medical Equipment

MTN Uganda Foundation last week donated hospital equipment to Oriajin Hospital based in Arua as part of its Access to Health Care initiative project. UGANDA RECEIVES NEW GLOBAL FUND GRANT TO FIGHT HIV, MALARIA AND TUBERCULOSIS

Kampala – 23/11/2017-  The Government of Uganda has signed grant agreements with The Global Fund worth USD478 million for the implementation period of 2018-2020 to support Uganda’s fight against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria epidemics.
